Call for Abstracts

We invite researchers, practitioners, educators and students to submit abstracts and share their work at ACCP 2027. Submissions from all career stages and professional backgrounds are welcomed.

Authors may submit their work for oral presentation or poster presentation. Final-year undergraduate pharmacy students are especially encouraged to submit their research abstracts. Their submissions will be considered for a dedicated final-year student session, providing an opportunity to present and share their research with fellow students, academics and professionals. In addition, submissions under Theme 2: Innovation and Advancement in Pharmacy Practice and Education may be considered for the Innovation Pitching category, which provides an opportunity to showcase innovative solutions, tools, technologies, educational approaches, service models or practice-based innovations relevant to pharmacy and healthcare.

General Instructions

  • Abstracts must describe original work that has not been previously published as a full manuscript or presented at another scientific meeting.
  •  The Scientific Committee welcomes submissions aligned with the following conference themes:

  • The presenting author must be registered for the conference in accordance with the conference registration requirements.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to determine the final presentation category and format based on scientific merit, relevance and programme requirements.

Special Instructions for Theme 2: Innovation Pitching
Authors submitting under Theme 2: Innovation and Advancement in Pharmacy Practice and Education may select Innovation Pitching, where the submission focuses primarily on the development, implementation or application of an innovative solution rather than a conventional research study. Eligible innovations may include, but are not limited to:

  • digital health or artificial intelligence applications;
  • clinical decision-support tools;
  • pharmacy practice or service innovations;
  • medication-management solutions;
  • educational technologies or innovative teaching approaches;
  • simulation and training tools;
  • patient-care or patient-engagement solutions;
  • workflow or healthcare-system innovations; and
  • other novel products, processes, programmes or models relevant to pharmacy and healthcare.

Innovation submissions may include developed solutions, prototypes, pilot-tested innovations or implemented programmes. Where evaluation data are available, authors are strongly encouraged to include relevant results or evidence of impact. Submissions consisting solely of an idea without sufficient description of the proposed solution, development process or potential application may not be considered for Innovation Pitching.

The Scientific Committee will review Innovation Pitching submissions based on criteria including relevance, originality, significance of the problem addressed, innovativeness of the solution, feasibility, evidence of impact or potential impact, and potential for implementation or scalability.
