Welcome to ACCP2027! It is our great pleasure and privilege to warmly welcome you to the Asian Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) 2027, to be held from 22–25 April 2027 in the enchanting Pearl of the Orient — Penang, Malaysia.

As we gather for this special occasion, we celebrate not only the advancement of clinical pharmacy, but also a remarkable milestone: 30 years of ACCP. Over three decades, ACCP has brought together clinical pharmacy professionals, educators, researchers, practitioners and healthcare leaders from across Asia and around the world, fostering friendship, knowledge exchange, collaboration and a shared commitment to improving patient care.

The theme of ACCP 2027, “Bridging Science and Practice in Clinical Pharmacy: Innovation, Precision and Holistic Care,” reflects the evolving role of clinical pharmacists in modern healthcare. This meeting provides a meaningful platform to share scientific discoveries, translate evidence into practice, explore innovative approaches, advance precision medicine, and strengthen holistic, patient-centred care.
